The General Manager recommends that the Atomic Energy Commission:
a.
Propose provisional agreement under which costs will be shared
with Department of Interior until certain provisions of bill are
revised at a later date and assume all costs subsequent to
meceptable revision of the bill.
b.
Adopt a fallback position of unconditional agreement to assume
costs incurred in the bill.
Include in the record statement
concerning objection to offending passages.
