AEC-MLC ' Meeting 2 e, house v./ General Nichols presented a draft memorandum to the JCS dated 28 February 1949 setting forth three proposed principles to be used in connection with planning for the next tests, After informal discussion of the draft memorandum, one copy was furnished to General McCormack for study by the AEC.
