explain the problem to the Subcommittee staff.
It is useless and embarreassing to explain the problem to the staff on the day the transcript is
returned for review as printing arrangements have already been made. In
eny event do not bold the transcript bevend the deadline set.
Our
cooperction with tne Subcommittee staff is integral to a good budget
posture.
