Since the spontaneous occurrence of two, and pessibly three, cases
of thyroid neoplasm among the small number of exposed Marshallese
children is most unlikely, these observations will probably give
rise to comment in various quarters. Fer this reason, it seems
desirable te consider this matter es tentative until the documented
date are in hand. You and the Comaission will be informed promptly
at thet time.
