Klin ' PB BEST COPY AVAILABLE ee Dear Col. Klingenberg: I would like to commend your Hickam Terminal operations for the exceptionally courteous treatment extended to @ group of AEC medical patients on Wednesday, 12 June 1974. We had three Marshall Islanders and an interpreter returning to Kwajalein Atoll via your charter flight, Saturn X-035H. The Marshallese had been exposed to radiation fallout while residents of Rongelap Island in 1954. They had been sent to New York and Cleveland for surgery and preventive treatmant. Your Mrs. Corn and Mre. Kaiwe in the Dependent's Lounge were most gracious and kind to our lady patients. The extra courtesy they showed to our passengers is appreciated. AlC Donald Dick should also be compli- mented for his efficient performance in handling these travelers. Sincerely, Ortg!nat Sigrxal Ly We HiLis William B.
