Proving Grounds,
The danger area should
comprise the area bounded by the meridians 160° 35! - 166° 16:
east longitude, and by the parallels 10°15! - 12°15! north
latitude as agreed to in your letter of April 9, 1953,.
It is suggested that the Commander, Joint Task Force Seven be
contacted to determine when, for operational reasons, active
security measures should be undertaken for safeguarding the
area,
