No passport or visa is required for U.S. citizens entering the Trust
Territory. Simple identification will suffice, The visit to Kwajalein
and {lights aboard military aircraft require official travel orders and
Ihave instructed our Honolulu Office to prepare those.
The trip to the Marshalls as we now have it planned will afford you
an excellent opportunity to see first hand the good and the bad aspects
of life as it is in the outer islands and to get an idea of how we and
our programs are perceived. You will also meet and travel with the
