Transfer of this responsibility from SAN to NVOO is proposed with an effective date of July 1, 1965 (See enclosure 1). The Manager, NVOO has accepted this proposal, and assigned to the Office of Programs & Plans the responsibility for coordination with SAN and NVOO Staff, and DBM as may be appropriate. The Assistant Manager/Administration has been assigned Contract Administration responsibility. 2). Advise SAN concerning the DBM request and NVOO acceptance, Ascertain whether SAN-AFWTR formal agreement is desired to be executed prior to transfer to NVOO of responsibility. Advise AFWIR of transfer in process and that an AEC, NVOO/ AFWIR agreement will be proposed for negotiation with an effective date of July 1, 1965. Prepare a draft agreement between AEC, NVOO and AFWTR, for consideration by NVOO Management and Staff, to supersede the AEC,SAN/AFWIR agreement.
