feed materials production center outside of
Cincinnati, the Fernald plant and they sre juat
about reaching full production there.
The type of service which we gove
them started with the selection of a site,
That ie, we provided to the production people
the oriteria on which the site was to be selec-
ted, that is from the stendpoint of health.
And these oriteria were overlaid on stretegis
criteria, transportation criteria and any others
that were used and the cite was selected so that
it would give uve a minimum amount of problem
aa far as health operation is concerned.
Then, we conferred with the design-.
ing encineers with the production engineering
people and set for them, on the baeis of our
previous experience the criteria for the design
of the plant,
