Dr. J. R. Totter Water: . 72- November 25, 1968 The building should be near the lagoon so that salt water may be pumped to the building for showers of persons to be counted. In addition a roof catchment with a 250 gallon tank should be available to provide a fresh water supply. Generator Shed: A 10 x 10 foot generator shed for housing of 2 5 KW diesel generators, located at least 50 feet from the building. The electric wiring of the building will be handled by our group. It is suggested that we notified by the Trust Territory as to when and where to ship the 6 tons of lead bricks so that they can be hauled to Bikini along with other building supplies. It is suggested that these be bricks be stacked within the building out of the weather. Sincerely, Robert A. Conard, M.D. RAC: jr encl. cc: Mrs. R. Van Cleve The Honorable W. R.
