An 1-Beam monorail for materials handling is provided. The monorail extends from 18-ft. west of the building, continues thru the building, and follows a ''U"' shape to two concrete pits 20-ft. south of the building. Each pit is 6-ft. in diameter, 7 1/2-ft. deep, and is equipped with a 2-in. cast iron drain. The building is provided with a water faucet located inside the south entrance, workbenches, utility receptacles, emergency lighting, and an exhaust system. The building is air conditioned and equipped with fluorescent lighting. The interior walls from the floor to a ceiling height of 8-ft. are covered with Dacron thread, Hypalon impregnated. Approximately 20 kva of 120/208 volt, 3 phase, 60 cycle power is available to the building. Building 732 (completed in 1966) is a lighted and ventilated 235 square foot block structure (approximately 15 x 15-ft.) located at the southwest corner of Building 727 near the entrance to the compound. Half of the structure is to be usedasa "cleanroom suiting area and the remaining half is to be used as a "hot'! room for removal of contaminated clothing. Floor covering is such as to allow thorough decontaimination. A shower, toilet, and washbasin are provided. A walkway connects this structure and Building 727. Both buildings and also Building 726, a sample storage building (F&S No. 02019), are located within a security fence. An 80 x 60-ft. A. C. paved receiving area, with two weatherproof electrical out- lets is located approximately 100-ft. west of the security fence. A paved access way from this area through the security gate to the west entrance of Building 727 is provided. VOL I 1-56
