DESCRIPTION Electrical and telephone service has been modified to provide
service to all portions of the island as follows:

Electrical power distribution is at 4160 volts, AC, 3 phase.
A modified loop radial distribution system has been provided.
Electrical and telephone cables have been installed in a common underground duct bank using conventional manhole and duct configuration.
