DESCRIPTION The basic road system (completed in 1965) consists of a 20-ft.
wide paved roadway which follows the periphery of the island and permits access
to the major facilities.
This road system includes Mitchell Avenue, Arnold
Avenue, Kelly Avenue and Tinker Drive and connects with the ADC road network
Drainage ditches, catch basins, culverts, and flap gates necessary to handle the
island storm water runoff are provided. Sidewalks (completed in 1966) are provided for Arnold Avenue and Mitchell Avenue,
