This annex prescribes the policies and responsibilities
for installation, maintenance and operation of communications-electronia
facilities in support of Air Force activities in the Pacific Proving
Grounds (PPG) during the interim period following Operation CaSTIE
2,
GUIDING PRINCIPLES
a, No further full scale tests will be conducted in the Pacific
Proving Grounds within one year of completion of Operation CASTLE, ~
b,
Task Group 7,2 will provide commnications éupport. and -
coordinate communications requirements for all elemerts of the Eniwetok
Garrison Force;

It will provide crypto guard facilities for all Air
Force activities in the Pacific Proving Grounds,

It will operate and maintain a relay center, Eniwetok,
with the following terminations:
