AEC 720/23 ~ Guaranteed Fair Prices to be Paid Licensees for
Peoduction of Special Nuclear Material
Mr. Price said that the present recommendation did not change
the previously established prices to be paid licensees for production of
special nuclear material. However, it provided for publication in the
Federal Register of a notice that the guaranteed prices had been estab-
lished and were available to cleared groups. He added that it would
also establish specifications for the purchase of materials.
After discussion, the Commission:
