' The Manager, Idaho Operations Office (1D), is authorized

to approve certified requests to visit all reactor
development installations at the National Reactor: Testing

Station, including those under the contract administration

of the Chicago Operations Office (CH). In exercising
this authority for visits to CH-administered facilities,
_ID shall obtain prior concurrence for each visit from

the responsible site representative of the AEC (or the
contractor, where there is no local AEC office) .*

WEAPONS PROGRAM
In connection with information pertaining to the weapons
program, the Managers, Albuquerque and san Francisco
Operations Offices, are authorized to approve certified
requests from Departments of Defense units performing
work with or for Albuquerque or San Francisco Operations
Office pursuant to a formal written agreement either on
a reimbursable or non-reimbursable basis, provided the
request is within the scope of tne work performed under
the agreement.
