Meet. 1193 - April 17, 1956 (Commissioners Libby, Murray and Vance attended 1. Emergency Loading of Weapons - The Commission approved immediate establishment of procedures for emergency loading of weapons. Recommendations on appropriate revisions to the procedures on transfer and custody of weapons will be submitted later. 2. August Vacations - The Commissioners agreed they would go on vacation the last three and one-half weeks in August. 3.
