ISLAND to exceed daily tolerance, it will be necessary to move all
personnel indoors, Upon order of CTG 7.2, all personnel will move into
buildings or tents, ‘Windows will be closed in buildings and flsps
closed in tents, If this occurs during an individualts working hours,
he will continue to work if he is indoors, Unit Commenders will prepare building assignments assigning cach individual to a building.
Each individual will be given an off-duty and an on-duty building
assignment. If it beccmes necessary te move indoors, cach individual
will proceed to his assigned building and remain there, AlL outdoor
netivities will be cancelled curing this period, Personnel may leave
assigned buildings cnly if it is ncecssary to go to the nearest l>trine
and will remain exposed for as short a time as possible enroute to
latrines, During meal times, tho command may go to the mess hall if
permissivn is granted by CTG 7.2.
If this permissions is not granted,
emergcney raticns will be issued. «ll personnel assigned tc tents or
buildings havin, no water suprly will fill their canteens the evening
of H-l Day,
