Consideration of Agenda for Week of July

The Commission reviewed with the General Manager the
following matters suggested for consideration durins the week of
July 16, 1956,
a. AEC 924 ~ Disclosure of Privileged Information
ef
Mr. Libby said he thought AEC 924 - **Disclosure
Privileged Information’ did not require Cemraoissicn
discussion. Mr. Fields said that while the papev was
prinarily « ceport on actions taken in response to
Commission reqmest, he now wished Commission guidance
as to whether the investigation of one matter should be
taken outside the AEC. Mr, Strauss said he had not yet
had an opportunity to re-iew the paper and wouid like to
do so before it was placed on the Agenda.
