Our party would like accomodations at one of the outrigger
hotels in Waikiki, and reservations on October 3 MAC flight to Kwajalein. If there are no changes in the schedule, we will return to
Honolulu via MAC on October 31, and will require overnight accomodations on that date.
During this trip, we would like to arrange for five or six
Marshallese residents at Utirik, Rongelap and Bikini to reside on
the LCU for ~5 days while we are on station at each island so that we can
collect urine samples under controlled conditions for plutonium bioassay. I am proposing that we provide meals and bunk accomodations
on the LCU in return for their cooperation,
If this requires advance
clearance from PASO or the TT, I would appreciate you making the
necessary arrangements,
