Reference teletype March 9, 1956 concerning PAA Flights under sub-
contract with University of California. Information from Honolulu
received March 19 reveals personnel backlog has been removed with.
less than required number of people available to schedule March 19
plane.
In view of above request cancellation of March 29 flight
and that PAA servicein future not be used without prior approval
this office and only if made necessary because of deterioration of
MATS transportation effort.
