will retainp operational control of the Task Force Weather

Weather Central:
(1)
The Task Force Weather Central will be located on ENIWETOK
ISLAND until Comdr. JTFbis
to the Command Ship, at which time the Task Force Weather
Central will be established aboard the AGC. However, a
forecasting and observing section will remain on ENIWETOK
to provide the necessary weather service for that locaticn
during the time the Task Force Weather Central ‘is afloat.

Mission:

Collect, evaluate and present basic weatherinformation.

Prepare weather and upper air forecasts for the Task —
Force Commander.

Provide operational forecasts, flight clearances and
