Provide Advice and Assistance in Implementing and Monitoring Effects of the Communication Process Completion of the communication process described in Phase 2 will coincide with the time scheduled for the full return of riEnewetak and riEnjebi to restricted areas at Enewetak Atoll. It is also possible that Bikinians may be relocated to another island in Bikini Atoll at about the same time.
