me listing the programs of your agency in alphabetical order and attaching the questionnaires in the same order. You may either bring the
packages to our next meeting, or if you prefer, send then to my Field
office in San Francisco in time for our next meeting (you will find
the address on your roster of members).
Just a reminder, you will note on page three of the enclosed minutes
that you are to send a letter to me by October 17th identifying the
major problem areas involving your programs which you believe should
be addressed by our committee.
Prior to our next meeting of October 26th, I shall mail you a proposed
agenda. Any suggestions will be welcomed.
