of Joint Task Force Sa.VEN has basen deployed in the aniwetok Proving
Ground since 13 March 1958,
1s Commander of the Documentary Photo=
graphic Element, I worked closely with Major William L. Brantley and
the C-—54 aircraft commanders and crews who comprise the Element.
These officers, in my opinion, are supporting the Documentary Photo-
graphic Element in an outstanding manner. Prior experience on four
operations involving these aircraft and their previous crews provide
adequate grounds for comparision of crew effectiveness. Constant drill-
ing in all flying safety procedures is particularly evident,
I am
confident that through the continued cooperation of these two clement
the aPCS HARDT«CK mission will be successfully accomplished,
