I will prepare minutes for the TTG meeting, but I would like to incorporate the final draft of your letter as indicative of TTG conclusions. I am not sure that we need one more model of inhaled and ingested plutonium. I am not sure that the ICRP model is not as good as anything one could come up with. I would be especially leary of using high-exposure- level dog or rat data in developing a model for behavior in the human.
