First Regular Session, 1973, the House of Representatives concurring,
that the Congress of Micronesia hereby expresses its deep sorrow and
extends its sympathy to the family and friends of
and to
all the people of Rongelap Island for his untimely, unwarranted and
irreplaceable loss; and
BE IT FURTHERRESOLVED that certified copies of this Senate
Joint Resolution be transmitted to Mr.
Island,
of Rongelap
to the District Administrator of the Marshail Islands
District and to the High Commissioner of the Trust Territory of

the Pacific Islands.
