One Thor confirmation test is to be done about 1 March, Two additional missiles are to be suitably modified as backups. The weapon effects program for DASA is to be delegated to the Commander of Field Command. The Chief of DASA is responsible for overall technical management of Fish Bowl and will coordinate the instrumentation to be placed in the pods. $ In the letter from Ramey referred to two items back, date d 18 December 1961,z ons in to General Ludecke, Ramey notes that there were previous oral discusst PL r ecember between Betts, Senator Jackson, and Ramey who was execuTive directo ce of the JCAE.
