Preparation for and handling of YIP observers.
Initially, an egreerentbetweenthe CommandingGeneral
of Joint TaskForce Seven and the Atomic Energy Commission set the
number of observers permittedto witnesseach test at sixty (60),
due to the limitedaccommodations
availableb the test area. These
sixty spaceswere allottedas follows:
