It is anticipated that a review of the reports, when received,
will require re-examination of some personnel,

be reported by Commander Task Group 7.6 to the Task Group Commanders
concerned.
Eligibility lists should include full name, Task Group, and
rank, grade or title.
Individuals not yet present in the area should
be indicated with probable date of arrival.

radioactive areas or for working with radioactive materials until
the requirements of paragraph 4(a) of the reference have been met.
