ANNEX E, the Operations Annex, was largely devoted to an initial analysis of the radiological safety requirements established by the Scientific Operating Plan (SCOP) of Task Group 7.1. At a later date, it was found advisable to replace this annex with a more flexible "Operations Schedule".
