Subgroup proposal that the United Kingdom be furnished with U. S. obtained filter papers in lieu of the United Kingdom obtaining such papers as previously approved (AEC 597/37). 2. Our statement of no objection was based on the under- standing that the "hot papers" from our own airplanes in lieu of .
