The group agreed to supply calendar of events type of information to the OCB staff representative in lieu of an outline plan of operations, which was not considered appropriate at this time. Members agreed to discuss this problem with their respective Board Assistants, with particular reference to the Board meeting of September 1 (agenda item 4, para. (3)), requesting the preparation of an outline plan of operations in the information and educational field to support specific actions developed under NSC 5431/1, and to improve understanding overseas of U.S. policies and programs related to nuclear energy.
