with respect to rediation. Sealife was migratory within the lagoon, and it concentrated various isotopes. That was a good rule. The ban on coconuts on Japtan Island was primarily in erfect to keep people from stripping
the trees and destroying the ecology of the island. With regards to tne
adequacy of the briefincs on radiation safety provided by the Commander, _
