BA \ YS-1) “SIO Thanks for your letter of November 27, 1956, with the attached tables of data on the post Redwing surveys, In studying the tables we notice ths omission of the wet weight data and calculations for Sr?” and calcium for samples 4047-4054, ~ Since we do not have the wet weight of the samples sent you, as I mentioned in the telephone conversation, we have calculated the wet weights from the data we have avallable,. The calculation was made by taking the cifference in weight of the samples we have from our original dry weight samples to get the dry weight of the samples sent to you and then multiplying this dry weight by the conversion factors to obtain the wet weight of the samples sent to you. Enclosed is a table showing “Weights of Samples Sent to NYOO \ugust 10, 1956." We notice a difference for sample #3315 cn the two sheets of x 100 and wonder if a decimal point is out of place. HASL #3815 sr?0 df/nfliter of water 7712.84 #3815 (I. Ine.) (typed shect) 77004300 (reproduced sheet) We here at AFL hope you and the members of your group have a very fine Holiday Season.
