Through authorities delegated to the Vice President, Construction Division, the Manager, AEC Facilities Project, coordinated all activities affecting the engineering, construction, and operation of facilities at the EPG. The Project organization supporting the Manager was functionally selfcontained with the exception of Personnel and Security, Wage and Salary Administration, and Office Services.
