Each of these stations consisted of three
concrete anchor blocks to secure guys from a
24-foot-high User-furnished and installed tower.

To measure variation in water level, 16-foot
wood poles were anchored 4 feet into concrete
on the reef. The poles were painted alternately
black and white. A cable reel support fabricated
from 3-inch-diameter pipe was provided for each
station.
