There will be a limited capability for military effects tests,

The instrumentation, basic measurements, determination of field variables
and laboratory type testing will be accomplished by CTG 132.1 for both the
AEC and DOD, CTG 132.1 will be responsible for the conduct of all scientific
programs assigned to JTF 132.

that required for normal maintenance of existing facilities and for the sup-=
port of the test programs.
