Application
of conditions other than conditions A and D to this island are not
warranted.
The Enewetak Atoll Master Plan for Rehabilitation and
Resettlement, volume 1, states that this island will be indefinitely
quarantined. Under this consideration application of cleanup
conditions below the mandatory 400 PCi/g level can not be justified,
