MATER ~ Salt water is draws from the lagoorg through pumping
stations located on Lagoon Drive st Bldgs 56 (Main Power Plant) and
124 (Auxiliary Pumping Station),
It is passed through distillation
units e& the Power Plant and is then stored in tanks in the area
adjacent to the Power Plant and in tenks on Hidg Sé (Eater Tower),
The distribution aystea includes approximately 6 miles of mins for
freabh water and a similar distridution system for salt water service
for sewage and Sire astexs,
The distillation plant used during this period consisted of 8
Cleaver-Brooks conpreasion stilia capable of producing 6m gals of
fresh water per hour each or a total of 115,200 gals per 4% hours for
all unite, Light Badger units with « rated capseity of 180 gals each

per hour or a total of 28,80 gals dally for all units mre held ina
