Work was then started on a draft of the Evacustion ani Re-entry

Work’ continued until
notified by JTF 132 that draft of the JTF 132 plan for evacuation of
the atoll could not be completed until arrival of Headquarters, JTF

This caused & slow down in re-~entry planning,
but evacuation planning continued based on planning assumptions.
