In the event sufficient time is available before the arrival of a tidal wave of major dimension, the Holmes & Narver Superintendent of Marine Operations at Eniwetok Atcll and the Assistant Superintendent of Marine Operations at Bikini Atoll will cause all TG 7.5 boats to be manned and be prepared to embark personnel of all Task Groups.
