An overseas Test Property Section will be maintained in the AEC-
Eniwetok Field Office organization to maintain records on SFO
equipment which is not on the bocks of the construction and operating contractor and is shipped outside the United States for
test operations. Detailed instructions for accounting for shipments to and from this Section are included in the Memorandum of
Special Test Accounting and Reporting instructions referenced
under Cost Accounting and Reporting, baragraph b, page C-3.
