Attachment 2 was prepared by Dr. Conard to describe the proposed medical and radiological survey activities for the March '74 field trip. Of major concern to Bob is the arrangement for an LCU vessel which he considers almost indispensable for obtaining whole body measurements. (The whole-body counting facility would be set up in a trailer that would be loaded on the LCU.) Bob re- ported that his experience with the Marshall Island peoples shows they do not use much milk or powdered milk even if available. In fact, it is possible they do not digest well such milk. He suggested the best approach may be to look for seme type of dessert the Bikini people would like in which the necesesry calcium could be given.
