In connection with your questions on the per diem and expense payments for the Marshallese patients and the rental payments for the use of certain areas on Rongelap and Uterik. I plan on visiting Kwajalein either the last week in October or the first week in November, when you and I and the TT Rep can sit down and resolve these pwooblems. 5. Also on this visit I plan to bring along an H&N Maintenance Engineer to take care of the problems on repair and future maintenance of the trailers on Ebeye and Majuro. Hopefully the relocation of the Ebeye trailer can be accomplished during this visit. I will advise you of the exact date of arrival at Kwajalein.
