The Bikini survey will be conducted

over a period of about eight days.
The major objective of the Eniwetok radiological survey and cleanup study
will be to collect further information on the present radiological condition of the islands, which will assist in planning for another extensive
survey tentatively scheduled for August/September 1972.

In general, the

survey will emphasize the islands which have been least damaged or contaminated by nuclear testing and would be most habitable.
