Josephson, DMA Guilian, General Counsel Lum, Construction & Supply Donahue, Construction & Supply AEC representatives recommended that transfer document include the seven points cited in ALO Secret TWX 1276C, June 3, 1960 (DMA 0-5153). Navy representatives rgreed. TT \ Co A“ . a AEC representatives asked that CNO reconsider AEC's present obligation to restore to original condition the AFDL 20 and the LSM 444 which are on loan to AEC and now stored in Pearl liarbor. CNO representatives suggested that AEC could be relieved of that responsibility by rescinding all current AEC-DOD agreements on EPG when we write this new transfer agreement. Guilian and Josephson agreed to write the first draft of a formal transfer document for consideration at the next meeting, June 9.
