This is a further response to your memorandum dated February 16, 1994,
requesting that we review attachments 1-4 for Department of Energy classified
information, pertaining to radioactive fallout on the Marshall Islands. We
have completed our review of the four attached docume nts. As a result of our
review and review by the Department of the Interior, we have declassified the
four documents.
Several documents still require a review by other gov ernment agencies. We
shall return these documents to you when all reviews have been completed.
You are reminded that bibliographical information fro mall declassified and
publicly releasable documents must be made available for inclusion in OPENNET.
Attachment 5 provides procedures for furnishing OPENN ET with the required
information.
