recommendation on adequacies of atoll food chain.
Clean-up scheme
a.
Begin to clean least contaminated islands,

Proceed clockwise around atoll chain.
c.
When cleared transfer each island to the Trust Territory
for rehabilitation and -resettlement. Rate of progress will
depend on amount of hazardous materials.
