(Definitions) Article 2. The term "sufferers" is this Law shall mean the persons falling under any one of the following respective items who are given the sufferers’ health note book: (1) Those who were, at the time of the dropping of A-bomb, located in the area of Hiroshima City or Nagasaki City at that date or in the adjacent areas as prescribed by Cabinet Order; .
